Burnout and The Dark Side
Wow. 17 and 12 hour days back-to-back. Got out a video on Star Wars ticket sales (available tomorrow, no doubt on www.boomchicago.nl) on Tuesday with an all-nighter, proving we can turn around topical videos in a day, if only someone has the energy to do it... That's be me. It turned out fairly well - check it and see.
Next day had a product launch for PalmOne - their new Life Drive - at Boom where we performed a great deal of scripted material as well as showed a custom video we made going over all the features of the Life Drive and terrifying me that we'd product-featured all the funny out of the piece at the client's request... However, there's little Rob Andristplourde in a dress can't fix,
and the crowd seemed pretty appreciative of the video overall - all's well that ends... well... And a few pints at the end of it all helps also.
Got up late today and made it to Episode III and wasn't disappointed - finally a Star Wars film worth of the first two - or the 4th & 5th, depending on how you count...
